Beth Slayman is an instructor in MSOE’s Rader School of Business. She is a business operations and software applications manager with more than 25 years of experience. Slayman is an expert in strategic planning and project implementation to meet fast-changing business needs and has specialized knowledge in the healthcare and financial services industries. Her specialties include software development management, regulatory design control of medical devices, leadership, problem solving, planning and facilitation. Slayman began her career as a software engineer and then became an IT group manager, director of R&D and an operations manager for a healthcare company.
